What happens if I go over my staff-login limit?
You'll get a clear message the moment you try to add one past your plan's limit. Nothing you already have breaks. Upgrade from Settings → Subscription to add more.
How often am I billed?
Paid plans are billed every three months, and an annual term is available at a lower monthly rate. To switch between the two, email support@culinaryvelocity.com — self-serve switching from Settings → Subscription is coming soon.
What's the difference between Sous Chef and Executive Chef?
Sous Chef covers most growing groups up to five branches. Past that, or if you need custom integrations, Executive Chef is priced around your actual footprint.
